One Aim – For Leicester City NHS to speak to as many people as possible in the city centre about available appointments with NHS dentists.

With one week to go before it needed to go live, we sourced a team of reliable brand ambassadors, briefed them and ensured that they had the collateral they needed over a month long campaign.

The team visited locations across Leicester during February and spoke to more than 2000 people. They directed members of the public to their nearest NHS dentist with available appointments and distributed £10.00 discount vouchers. All the vouchers had a code so that the NHS could track uptake.

This project demonstrated how quickly we can turn around a brief and implement it. The times and locations changed based on how successful some locations were and we ensured that the brand ambassadors were flexible and available.
 
The project, was part of a national campaign to change the public’s perception of NHS dentists availability and was a great success.
